Record WM-61

Record WM-61 is an ultra-compact digital and wireless one-channel microphone system that is perfect for audio recording on camera or smartphone. Record WM-61 is a complete, versatile and easy-to-use solution for recording dialogue, interviews and speech directly to a DSLR camera or mobile device.

The WM-61’s unique Syncoder transmission algorithm is based on FHSS (Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum) and enables the WM-61 to provide 128-bit encrypted signal transmission and fully automatic channel change. This means you get a secure, stable and seamless audio signal even in challenging conditions.

The Record WM-61 consists of a single small and lightweight clip-on transmitter with built-in microphone and a separate lavalier microphone that you can use if you prefer a more discreet microphone setup. The system also includes a compact receiver that mounts on your camera or mobile device and connects to a 3.5 mm minijack input jack (or a lightning to 3.5 mm headphone adapter (for iPhone, not included) or a USB-C to Minijack 3.5mm adapter (for Samsung or Huawei, not included)). Both a 3.5 mm TRS cable for camera use and a 3.5 mm TRRS cable for smartphone use are included.

The system provides reliable transmission of clear audio at a line-of-sight distance of up to 70 metres. The built-in rechargeable batteries provide up to 8 hours of operation and charge in 1.5 hours via USB.
