It is specifically designed to prevent sound from reflecting and is particularly used in studios and recording rooms, where Record AFP80 is used to dampen sound reflections in order to achieve the desired acoustics. With the right products and correct placement, it is possible to achieve acoustics that are close to perfect even in the most challenging rooms, and with AFP80 it does not even have to cost a fortune. The products are easy to install and come in a neutral dark grey colour. Record AFP80 is mounted directly on the wall or on a plasterboard construction if sound insulation is also required. Record's foam products are made from a special type of foam optimised for acoustic regulation. The foam has a density of 30 kg/m3, and all products are fire-safe and UV-protected.
